Refund & Cancellation Policy – DREAM TAXI

At DREAM TAXI, we are committed to providing reliable, flexible service and ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. While most of our payments are completed at the time of travel, we understand that plans can change. Below is our simple and fair refund and cancellation policy.

📅 Ride Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your scheduled ride free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time.

• Short Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially for airport transfers or long-distance bookings.

• No-Shows: If the passenger is not present at the scheduled pickup location and time without prior notice, a no-show fee may be charged.

💳 Refunds for Prepaid Bookings

If you have prepaid for your ride (e.g., via bank transfer or online payment), eligible refunds will be processed based on the following:

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

• 50% refund for cancellations made within 12–24 hours.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the trip, except in cases of emergencies (subject to review).

💼 Corporate or Group Bookings

For corporate clients or group transfers with multiple vehicles, a separate refund policy may apply based on the agreement. Contact our support team for details.

⏳ Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Actual time to receive the funds depends on your bank or payment provider.

📌 Important Notes

• Refunds do not apply to completed rides.

• Any optional add-ons or special arrangements (e.g., driver waiting time, extra stops) are non-refundable once service has begun.

• If DREAM TAXI cancels a ride for any reason, a full refund will be issued immediately.
